Trained as a saavy New York City attorney, I have more than 25 years of experience and a wide range of expertise representing large corporate entities, partnerships, shareholders, entrepreneurs and individuals.  My diverse range of practice areas and disciplines create a unique platform to assist with legal, strategic and business goals, as well as to problem solve and create innovative solutions for the complex issues and challenges facing clients in today's dynamic legal and business environment.
